awn-applet-tomboy-applet software package provides Control Tomboy with D-Bus, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install awn-applet-tomboy-applet
awn-applet-tomboy-applet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the awn-applet-tomboy-applet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep awn-applet-tomboy-applet *
You will get with awn-applet-tomboy-applet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
